If you’re struggling with ADHD and feeling like you’re never doing enough or living up to your potential, you’re not alone. I help adults like you learn how to manage time, reduce overwhelm, and build a life that works for your brain — not against it. Together, we’ll quiet the self-criticism, embrace your strengths, and create a path toward the relationships, career, and self-worth you deserve. You don’t have to keep struggling, I’m here to help.
I talk the talk & walk
the walk with you.
My clients are a lot like you, bright, creative, and deeply driven. And yet, despite all they bring to the table, life often feels harder than it should be.
Many of my clients come in saying, 'I know what I need to do, I just can’t make myself do it.' They’re painfully aware of time slipping away, yet feel stuck, unable to take control of it. Mornings often begin with hopeful intentions, but by day’s end, they’re left feeling unproductive, discouraged, and overwhelmed.
This daily struggle fuels cycles of frustration, shame, and self-blame. They carry the weight of feeling like they’re letting others down, and even more so, letting themselves down. Deep inside, they know they have the potential to do more, to be more, but translating that into consistent, sustainable action feels just out of reach.
Time management feels out of reach and staying on top of tasks, appointments, or deadlines is a daily struggle. They worry their inconsistency is impacting their relationships, making partners or family members feel neglected. Internally, they carry a harsh narrative: that they are failing in multiple areas of life. The effort to hold it all together is exhausting, and the anxiety it creates only deepens their sense of inadequacy.
